Hundreds of Risperdal lawsuits have been filed against J&J, which have alleged that the company made false claims. The company has also been under scrutiny for receiving millions of dollars in kickbacks to Omnicare, a pharmaceutical supply company, for selling the drug to treat nursing home residents. Others have filed a Risperidone lawsuit, alleging that J&J did not reveal serious side effects.
